June 2008 newsletter
We have had a tough time for
rides and shows so far with the weather and wet arena. Others have
had worse with the flooding. The Mule and Donkey show was
rescheduled for that reason. The Mule and Donkey show will now be
held on Saturday, July 19th at 5:00pm.
At this time the Show

Thank You to all the people
who helped out on the North Missouri Circuit show.
We will have some people
missing on the 4 Rivers show this Sat. We need people to work the
arena, arena gates, and front gate and cook shack.
We need people to help for the shows. We
are counting on our members to help with these
events.
Remember: It doesn’t have to
be for all day.
This Thursday is a work
night, Meeting will follow work.
Meeting is June 19th 2008
Work starts around 6:00pm
Meeting will start at 7:30.

Work nights are every Thursday nights before events
at Club Grounds Work will start around 6:00pm
In case of rain we will work
Friday nights on grounds. Work will start around 6:00pm
Meeting nights we will work before
the meetings.
Members please try to set
aside the time to help with the grounds and events.
Events are schedules far
enough in advance for this to be easy to schedule
for.
Membership dues are due in
February of each year.
Ad book information needs to start
coming in January and book will be printed in February.
